Our comprehensive programming is designed to support each girl's physical health, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.

Through intentional programming, daily connection points, and embedded social-emotional learning (SEL), we strive to create a learning environment that supports students in the development of positive identities and promotes collective wellbeing.

What makes wellbeing at Marlborough meaningful is the way it’s actively shaped by so many voices—educators, deans, counselors, students, and families. It’s not just one program or one person; it’s a network of support and intention. Whether it’s a class meeting designed by a Dean, a student-created Advisory lesson, a one-on-one session with a counselor, or a restorative approach to difficult conversations, Marlborough's culture is continually strengthened by the people who listen and lead with care.
