Each December, as the community prepares for a well-deserved winter break, we pause for one special morning to honor the staff and faculty (affectionately known at Marlborough as “staculty”) who have helped shape our School’s journey as they celebrate a milestone year of service. At our Employee Recognition Breakfast, staculty celebrate their colleagues’ anniversaries, gathering to share laughter, memories, and even a few loving roasts.
