Recognizing Milestone Years of Service

There are moments that remind us why Marlborough is more than just a school—it is a community where educators happily dedicate years of service to their students and their cherished colleagues. Each December, as the community prepares for a well-deserved winter break, we pause for one special morning to honor the staff and faculty (affectionately known at Marlborough as “staculty”) who have helped shape our School’s journey as they celebrate a milestone year of service. At our Employee Recognition Breakfast, staculty celebrate their colleagues’ anniversaries, gathering to share laughter, memories, and even a few loving roasts. It is a time when colleagues become storytellers, revealing both the professional triumphs and delightfully human moments of our honorees’ Marlborough journeys.
