Celebrating Milestone Years at Marlborough

Every December, when there is so much to celebrate and the energy of the short sprint between Thanksgiving Break and Winter Break feels packed with exciting events, one special event stands out: the Employee Recognition Breakfast. Marlborough staff and faculty (known as “staculty”) gather to celebrate their cherished colleagues celebrating milestone years of service to the School. 

Over a beautiful breakfast, speeches about each celebrant shine a light on the honorees and their immeasurable contributions to Marlborough. It is an event filled with laughter, appreciation, connection, and pride as we take the time to acknowledge the years these colleagues have dedicated to this community and the impact they have made on every corner of campus. More than just work, their contributions truly build the bonds that make Marlborough the special place it is and shape a distinguished and meaningful career.
