Fall Athletics Recap

 

On November 17, athletes, parents, and coaches had a chance to come together and celebrate their seasons at our Athletics Recognition Night. The Marlborough Mustangs had an impressive fall season with over 200 students playing across a total of 14 teams. The opportunity to be together again and represent Marlborough Athletics is something to be celebrated and the Athletics Department congratulates every student-athlete who played on a team this fall.

 

A few season highlights of note - Varsity Tennis made the quarterfinals of the CIF Tournament with two students, Isabella O. ’25 and Natalie K. ’23, advancing to the CIF Doubles Tournament. JV Tennis placed first in the Mission League Finals. Varsity Cross Country made the CIF Prelims and placed 3rd in the Sunshine League Finals. Varsity Golf placed 3rd in the Mission League with two students, Lauren L. ’23 and Lexie B. ’23 advancing to the CIF Individual Regionals tournament. The 7/8 Purple Tennis team finished their season as Delphic League Champions, as did the 7/8 Swimming, who went undefeated in their season.
