We are excited to announce that Exer Urgent Care will be offering complimentary pre-participation physical exams (PPEs) for Marlborough students through the Exer Sports & Schools Program!

You can schedule an appointment for the free PPE at the Exer Urgent Care - Hollywood location, located at 7077 Willoughby Avenue Ste. 3, Los Angeles, CA

To take advantage of this opportunity:

  • Schedule your appointment by using the QR Code below. Exer cannot accommodate walk-ins for these complimentary PPEs. If there are multiple students in the same family, please make an individual appointment for each athlete.
  • The student must bring a copy of the Marlborough Annual Physical Exam Form.
  • If you wear glasses (or contacts) please ensure you bring them to the appointment.
  • A parent or guardian must accompany any student through the screening exam.
  • The family will be given the completed PPE form and is responsible for submitting the form to Magnus. (Exer is not responsible for submitting any forms).
  • Under California law, all patients in healthcare facilities are still required to wear masks.
  • In consideration of other families, please be prompt for your appointment.

The physical should take approximately 15 minutes, but there may be a wait depending on flow of business and patient arrival times.
