Annual Fund/Angel Fund
MARLBOROUGH ANNUAL FUND
The Marlborough Annual Fund is the foundation of the School's fund-raising efforts.
Gifts to the Marlborough Annual Fund help bridge the gap between the income we receive from tuition and the actual cost of the Marlborough experience. Each gift, regardless of its size, gives current and future students the opportunity to excel, dream, create, explore, and lead.
The Marlborough Annual Fund runs from July 1 until June 30. You may pay your pledge anytime during this period, or elect to pay in installments. To gain possible tax benefits during this tax year, donations should be made prior to December 31.
Over 2,000 donors—including alumnae, parents, friends, and foundations—make annual gifts to Marlborough.
ANGEL FUND FOR FINANCIAL AID
Our school is committed to ensuring that all academically eligible young women can attend Marlborough, regardless of their economic circumstances. The Angel Fund supports our financial aid packages which assist families in covering all or a part of tuition expenses.
- How do I make a gift of stock?
- How can I make a gift payable with a check?
- Is my gift tax-deductible?
- Why does my gift matter?
- Why give to the Annual Fund?
Your annual contributions to the Marlborough Annual Fund are, in many ways, the most valuable contributions we receive. They provide essential support for the year's operating expenses to meet current needs and make an immediate and tangible difference to our students. Your gifts make it possible for Marlborough to uphold its mission of educating young women for leadership and contribution.
Unrestricted annual giving is a high priority for the School. For parents, the Marlborough Annual Fund provides a direct and immediate benefit for their daughters in the current year. The Marlborough Annual Fund is the only major fund-raising activity to support Marlborough’s operating budget. There are no auctions, dinner-dances, or fairs to attend and support.
I am so grateful and proud to attend Marlborough. I still, sometimes, find it hard to believe that I attend such an incredible school filled with the most intelligent and compassionate friends and teachers. My experiences and successes would not have been possible without support.
