COVID-19 Planning

Indoor and outdoor masking remains optional on campus. Masks are available to visitors and other guests at security and in the nurse’s office.

All students and employees entering campus must present a daily health screening questionnaire. Once successfully completing the screener, a “Safety Pass” will be emailed and must be shown to security in order to enter campus.

Anyone who has traveled domestically and/or internationally must adhere to the CDC travel guidelines.

Should there be a positive case of COVID-19 on campus, Marlborough will thoroughly contact trace and notify any individual(s) who has come in “close contact” or direct contact with the positive community member. As per the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health guidelines, fully vaccinated individuals who do not exhibit any symptoms are not required to quarantine after being exposed.

All exposed individuals must monitor their symptoms for 10 days and wear a protective mask around others (N95, KN95, KF94) indoors, except while eating or drinking. It is required that all close contacts test within 3-5 days after the last date of exposure. If one develops symptoms of respiratory illness (fever and cough, or shortness of breath) OR tests positive for COVID-19 during this time, they should begin a 5-day self-isolation from the date of their symptom onset or positive test result.
